Almond Ginger Bites

Ingredients
  • 50 gram Chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup Almond butter
  • 25 gram Chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp Dry ginger powder
  • 4 4-5 dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup Sesame seed powder
Instructions

    In a food processor, combine the nuts and grounded ginger powder.
  2. 2
    Add the almond butter, pitted dates & shredded coconut.
  3. 3
    Nicely beat the mixture until well combined.
  4. 4
    Roll into 1″balls. Take the powdered sesame seeds in a small bowl. Roll each ball in the bowl to coat with sesame seed powder.
