Beetroot Chilla
Ingredients

Jowar rava

Gluten free oats flour

Onion chopped

Carrot grated

Grated beetroot

tbsp
Chopped capsicum
Pink himalayan salt to taste

tsp
Ginger garlic paste
Water
Cold pressed coconut oil / ghee
Instructions

Mix all ingredients except ghee and make a paste.

Keep this for 30 mins. so that oats and jowar rava become soft.

Now grease a griddle and make Cheela.

Enjoy with tomato chutney and Dal
