Beetroot Chilla

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Jowar rava
  • 1/2 cup Gluten free oats flour
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 1 Carrot grated
  • 2 tbsp Grated beetroot
  • 1 tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • Pink himalayan salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Water
  • Cold pressed coconut oil / ghee
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except ghee and make a paste.
  2. Keep this for 30 mins. so that oats and jowar rava become soft.
  3. Now grease a griddle and make Cheela.
  4. Enjoy with tomato chutney and Dal
