- 1 cup Jowar rava
- 1/2 cup Gluten free oats flour
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 1 Carrot grated
- 2 tbsp Grated beetroot
- 1 tbsp Chopped capsicum
- Pink himalayan salt to taste
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Water
- Cold pressed coconut oil / ghee
- Mix all ingredients except ghee and make a paste.
- Keep this for 30 mins. so that oats and jowar rava become soft.
- Now grease a griddle and make Cheela.
- Enjoy with tomato chutney and Dal
