Beetroot Oats Chilla

Description

Oats are the most heart-healthy protein rich grain, loaded with soluble and dietary fibre, great for the digestive system and the arteries. Oats also contain antioxidants, abundant in phytochemicals that have an anti-cancer effect.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Jowar rava
  • 1/2 cup Gluten free rolled oats flour
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 1 Grated Carrot
  • 2 tbsp Grated beetroot
  • 1 tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Water
  • Cold pressed coconut oil / A2 Ghee
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except A2 ghee and make a paste.
  2. Keep this for 30 mins. So that oats and jowar rava become soft.
  3. Now grease a griddle and make Cheela.
  4. Enjoy with tomato chutney and Dal.
