Coffee Oats Pudding

Ingredients
  • 4 tsp Oats
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp Jaggery
  • 1 tsp Instant Coffee
  • 1 tsp Almonds, chopped
  • 1 tsp Roasted pumpkin & sunflower seeds
  • 2 Ragi biscuits, crushed
Instructions

    Soak oats and chia seeds overnight in almond milk.

    In a blender, blend the oats and chia seeds until smooth
  3. 3
    Then, add the jaggery and coffee and mix again.
  4. 4
    Then take a bowl and layer crumbled ragi biscuits and pour the oats mixture on top
  5. 5
    Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

    Garnish with almonds and roasted seeds before serving it.
