Combine jowar and almond flour, add in the baking powder, ginger and cinnamon powder in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
3 In another bowl, beat olive oil and jaggery powder very well. Into this, beat eggs one at a time.
4 Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix it both with almond milk.
5 Transfer the batter into the baking pan and arrange the plum slices on top.
6 Sprinkle flaked almonds.
7 Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean
8 Serve warm & enjoy.
