- 1 cup Jowar flour
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Cnnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp Ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp Olive oil
- 1 cup Organic jaggery powder
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 4 Eggs
- 10 Sliced plums
- 1/2 cup Flaked almonds
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line the baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine jowar and almond flour, add in the baking powder, ginger and cinnamon powder in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat olive oil and jaggery powder very well. Into this, beat eggs one at a time.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix it both with almond milk.
- Transfer the batter into the baking pan and arrange the plum slices on top.
- Sprinkle flaked almonds.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean
- Serve warm & enjoy.
