Horsegram chutney
Ingredients

Soaked horse gram

tbsp
Grated fresh coconut

tsp
White sesame
1
tsp
Red chilli powder

tbsp
Coconut oil
1
tsp
Jaggery
Pink himalayan salt to taste
Instructions

In an iron pan, dry roast the soaked horse gram.

Add 2 tbsp coconut oil in the pan & add the rest of the ingredients and roast until fragrant.

Then, grind to a dry chutney in a blender.

Serve with idli / dosa / rice.
