- 1 cup Soaked horse gram
- 2 tbsp Grated fresh coconut
- 1 tsp White sesame
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Jaggery
- Pink himalayan salt to taste
- In an iron pan, dry roast the soaked horse gram.
- Add 2 tbsp coconut oil in the pan & add the rest of the ingredients and roast until fragrant.
- Then, grind to a dry chutney in a blender.
- Serve with idli / dosa / rice.
