Ingredients
1 Frozen banana
1tbsp Matcha powder
3 Pitted dates
2tbsp Almond butter
150ml Almond milk
For topping:
Roasted coconut
Chopped walnuts
Berries
Any freshly chopped fruit
Homemade granola (optional)
Instructions
Blend dates and nut butter together
Add in matcha and almond milk, then blend.
Add in frozen banana and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl, add your favourite toppings, enjoy!
