Matcha Banana Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp Matcha powder
  • 3 Pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 150 ml Almond milk
  • For topping:
  • Roasted coconut
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Berries
  • Any freshly chopped fruit
  • Homemade granola (optional)
Instructions
  1. Blend dates and nut butter together
  2. Add in matcha and almond milk, then blend.
  3. Add in frozen banana and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a bowl, add your favourite toppings, enjoy!
