Millet Noodle Green Soup
Ingredients

Millet noodles
(boiled)

Garlic cloves, grated

Onion, chopped fine

Vegetable stock

Pink himalayan salt

Cabbage, shredded
1/4
cup
Chopped spring onion greens

cup
Finely chopped red & yellow bell pepper
1
Green capsicum, finely chopped
Instructions

Roast the garlic and onion in a pan, until brown.

Add vegetable stock and bring it to a boil.

Add boiled noodles and salt and cook for 3 minutes.

Add cabbage and spring onion greens, and boil it altogether.

Add red & yellow bell pepper into it & turn off the heat.

Serve hot.
