Pumpkin Spinach Salad With Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
  • 250 gram Unpeeled red pumpkin, chopped into bite size pieces
  • 150 gram Spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup Tahini dressing
Instructions
  1. Steam pumpkin, blanch spinach separately.
  2. Let both pumpkin and spinach cool down.
  3. Place the steamed pumpkin and spinach on a platter and pour the tahini dressing over. Serve warm.
