Raw Banana Cutlet

Ingredients
  • 2 Raw bananas (steamed & peeled)
  • 2 Sweet potatoes (steamed & peeled)
  • 1 tsp Green chopped chilli
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • Pink himalayan salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Ghee / Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Kuttu ka atta
Instructions
  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients together to form a soft dough.
  2. Shape like tikkis and pan-cook them until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with green chutney
