Red Poha and Cucumber Pancakes

Description

Red rice is a completely gluten free cereal. Easy to digest and rich in fiber.
Using bottle gourd helps reduce the inflammation in the liver and kidneys. The water and fiber content in the bottle gourd and cucumber make it super easy to digest.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Soaked and crushed red rice poha (beaten rice)
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup Bottle Gourd grated
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 2 tbsp. Coriander chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Grated ginger.
  • Rock Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
  • Coconut oil / A2 ghee while making the pancakes
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well, add water only as needed till a batter consistency is formed.
  2. Grease the tawa with a few drops of Coconut oil / A2 ghee, pour the batter ,cook it using until it turns slightly brown.
  3. Flip it on the other side
  4. Serve hot with mint /coriander chutney
