Red rice is a completely gluten free cereal. Easy to digest and rich in fiber. Using bottle gourd helps reduce the inflammation in the liver and kidneys. The water and fiber content in the bottle gourd and cucumber make it super easy to digest.
Ingredients
1/2cup Soaked and crushed red rice poha (beaten rice)
1/4cup Cucumber chopped finely
1/4cup Bottle Gourd grated
2tbsp Rice flour
2tbsp. Coriander chopped
1/2tsp Grated ginger.
Rock Salt to taste
1/4tsp Garam masala
1/4tsp Pepper powder
Coconut oil / A2 ghee while making the pancakes
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well, add water only as needed till a batter consistency is formed.
Grease the tawa with a few drops of Coconut oil / A2 ghee, pour the batter ,cook it using until it turns slightly brown.
