- 2 cups Sprouted moong beans
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Potato, steamed and cubed
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 Tomato diced
- 1 Cucumber diced
- Lemon juice to taste
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Grated coconut
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Dry mango powder to taste
- Chaat masalato taste
- Steam the sprouted moong beans with a pinch of turmeric for about 15 minutes. Add in the rest of the ingredients, toss it & Serve
