Sprouted Moong Chaat

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Sprouted moong beans
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Potato, steamed and cubed
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato diced
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • Dry mango powder to taste
  • Chaat masalato taste
Instructions
  1. Steam the sprouted moong beans with a pinch of turmeric for about 15 minutes. Add in the rest of the ingredients, toss it & Serve
