Vegan Shake

Ingredients
  • 6 Soaked & peeled almonds
  • 5 Soaked cashew
  • 2 Pitted dates
  • 2 tsp Soaked sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp Soaked sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • Water as required
Instructions
  1. Roast soaked nuts & seeds for 2-3 mins in a cast iron tawa to make it dry & crunchy
  2. In a small blender, blend together, until it forms a powder. Then add the pitted dates & cinnamon powder and blend until it obtains a thick paste-like consistency.
  3. Add water to make it smoother & make it shake type consistency.
  4. Transfer to a glass and serve.
