Aliv Ladoo

Aliv seeds also known as Garden Cress seeds are rich in Iron, folate, calcium and a lot more micronutrients! It helps in nourishing hair. It's good for lactating mothers and of course can be consumed by people of all ages.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Soak aliv seeds for an hour in coconut water (you can use the coconut water you get when u break the coconut).
  1. Mix grated coconut and jaggery with soaked aliv seeds.
  1. Add 2 tsp ghee in a pan. Add the above mixture and cook until cooked properly.
  1. Allow it to cool, add cardamom powder and make balls of ladoo.

Note

This isn’t a long lasting sweet so consume it within 2-3 days!
