- Roast soaked nuts & seeds for 2-3 mins in a cast iron tawa to make it dry & crunchy
- In a small blender, blend together, until it forms a powder. Then add the pitted dates & cinnamon powder and blend until it obtains a thick paste-like consistency.
- Add water to make it smoother & make it shake type consistency.
- Transfer to a glass and serve.
