  1. Combine the ripe avocados, cacao powder, coconut milk and maple syrup in a blender.
  1. Blend the ingredients for about 30 seconds, or until they are thick and creamy.
  1. Transfer ingredients into a freezer-safe bowl. Freeze the ice cream for at least 4-6 hours before serving.
  1. Remove it from the freezer, scoop and enjoy.
