  1. Take the soaked almonds and seeds in a blender along with a little water and blend until it becomes a thick paste.
  1. Add the pitted dates, cardamom powder & black pepper. Add almond milk and ice if required, and blend again.
  1. Garnish with a little saffron, chopped pistachios & dried rose petals (if using)
  1. Cool and serve.
