Coconut Tomato Chutney

Simple, Flavourful coconut tomato chutney- a bright and refreshing Indian condiment to use with dosa, chapathi, idli etc. Can be made in 5 minutes flat!

  1. Coarsely grind together all the ingredients.
  1. Add oil on a heated iron tawa and add crushed curry leaves and mustard seeds. As the seeds start sputtering, remove from heat and pour in the chutney mixture.
  1. Enjoy this nutty tangy delicacy with dosas, idli or chapati.
