Simple, Flavourful coconut tomato chutney- a bright and refreshing Indian condiment to use with dosa, chapathi, idli etc. Can be made in 5 minutes flat!

- Coarsely grind together all the ingredients.
- Add oil on a heated iron tawa and add crushed curry leaves and mustard seeds. As the seeds start sputtering, remove from heat and pour in the chutney mixture.
- Enjoy this nutty tangy delicacy with dosas, idli or chapati.
