  1. Soak oats and chia seeds overnight in almond milk.
  1. In a blender, blend the oats and chia seeds until smooth
  1. Then, add the jaggery and coffee and mix again.
  1. Then take a bowl and layer crumbled ragi biscuits and pour the oats mixture on top
  1. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  1. Garnish with almonds and roasted seeds before serving it.
