Instructions

  1. In a blender, take the tender coconut, water, tamarind, green chillies, salt and turmeric powder. Blend until smooth and transfer to a serving dish.
  1. Add the raw mango pieces into the gravy and temper with mustard seeds, curry leaves and Kashmiri chillies.
  1. Serve with hot rice / pulao - anything of your choice.
