I am a Homemaker managing a beautiful family.I have been suffering from Headaches, migraines & extreme fatigue from 10 years. The day without a headache was a Good day for me. GERD, Overweight, Low energyI was struggling with severe acid reflux for about a year. I had difficulty lying flat on the bed and flare ups were unmanageable. My lab reports showed very high gut inflammation.
When I started working with the team, adjusting to the program was hard. But a month into the diet and supplementation, my acid reflux flare ups came down significantly, I felt less bloated, and I knew I was digesting food because I felt energetic. 3 months into the diet, I no longer rush to the urgent care to manage flare ups and I sleep flat on the bed at night.
